    All the products are free shipping now, except for Iceland, North Macedonia, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Greece, Romania. Such remote places need additional shipping fees but with no customs fees.
  • Shipping Time
    Delivery Days: 2-6 Business Days (More Time and Extra Fee for*Heavy and Oversized Products) Processing Time: 1-2 Business Day SHIP FROM Jenec & Boulevard
    * Oversized product: more than 150 cm in length or more than 300 cm in girth. Heavy product: more than 30 kg in net weight.
    Note: If the delivery address belongs to one of the following remote areas, the package cannot be delivered successfully by the courier.
  • About Order Modification
    Once your payment is completed, please inform us by phone or e-mail if any modification is needed before we dispatch your package. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for all extra fees caused by the modification.
