Machine is good. You have to know that the cylinders tend to freeze because too quick drop of temperature. Some automation could fix this because you can overcome this problem by switching it to cold drink in the middle of the freezing cycle for couple of minutes. This makes a little bit of a hassle if you think to use this as a self service machine commercially.
But I have to say if you learn the right tricks there is no competition at this price point.
