I purchased this expecting to receive what was pictured in the advertisement. The item that arrived, which, although of good quality, did not have the pictured chuck on the side. However, after a couple of email exchanges with Vevor they more than recompensed me for this with a substantial refund. Very impressed. Well done Vevor for sorting out the error which was really the responsibility of the advertiser using their site.
