I bought this opener in January of 2018, it's now May of 2019 and has worked as expected 99.9% of the time. It has even worked better since I sprayed the chain and gears with non-dust collecting lube.A couple times in heavy ice storms I had to help it start (before the lube), the rest of the time it has worked great.I suspect part of the reason my remotes only reach about 75' is they are key fobs plugged into the ignition thus signal is blocked by car engine and my opener is mounted with the control board and antenna on the opposite side road approach.I recently added a wifi garage door opener to the gate and it adds a whole nether level to the coolness of having an automated gate!

Remotes did not come with batteries and could not find anywhere so have to order them and wait for a few days, but we did drive to a battery store and got some. Our old gate operator wouldn't worked half the time. And if it was raining or very cold it wouldn't open until you walked right to it. With this one, it works in the rain or cold and will pick up from our mailbox, so by time we pulled into our driveway it'd already be open.

Great price for what you get! My father and I built a 15ft gate and it slides it like nothing, at first it was hard because the instructions weren't clear at all but is a real simple mecanism that is easy to understand!

Works well. Paper instructions don't match circuit board. Ran it on my working table before installing.

Avevo promesso una recensione e a distanza di un mese la pubblico....e sar il pi obiettivo possibile.Il motore cinese, questo un dato di fatto ma ... fatto bene!! Molto semplice nella sua costruzione, ma con qualche accortezza diventa un ottimo motore per cancelli che non ha nulla da invidiare ai marchi pi blasonati. L'ho comprato perch non volevo un cancello scorrevole con la cremagliera in quanto non volevo fare fori per avvitarla, questo ha la catena e risulta ben pi silenzioso oltre a perdonarti qualsiasi scorrimento del tuo vecchio cancello non proprio perfetto. Prima di montarlo ho fatto Delle modifiche, ho cambiato tutta la bulloneria con viti in acciaio inox e ho verificato e ingrassato bene il meccanismo. Il motore molto semplice , un classico da 220volt alimentato da una scheda con le funzioni basiche. Volendo, o dovesse un domani bruciarsi la scheda, facilissimo sostituirla con una universale con anche qualche funzione in pi. L'annuncio parla di funzione pedonale e di inversione marcia in caso di ostacolo ma non vero o almeno quello che arrivato a me non prevedeva queste caratteristiche. Diciamo comunque che il passaggio pedonale lo potete fare aprendo il cancello e fermandolo quanto basta come apertura, poi rischiacciando il telecomando lui si chiude.La scatola arriva con tutto il necessario per un montaggio rapido, troverete 2 telecomandi, 2 catene da tre metri, il suo supporto a pavimento e tutte le piastrine per il montaggio della catena e dei fine corsa sul cancello (manca il lampeggiante e le fotocellule). I finecorsa sono magnetici, molto meglio dei classici meccanici! Facili da regolare assolutamente affidabili nel funzionamento. un motore che in mezza giornata lo montate a occhi chiusi, io ho impiegato qualche giorno ma solo per tutte le modifiche fatte e perch ho preferito rifarmi le piastre in acciaio inox e il basamento l'ho fatto in cemento. Quando apre silenziosissimo, a 100m il telecomando fa il suo dovere, accetta qualsiasi tipo di fotocellule a 24 volt, e lampeggianti a 220volt.Il venditore si chiama Vasco , molto gentile e risponde velocemente a qualsiasi mail.Io sono pi che soddisfatto, al punto che ne ordino un altro....

Me ha gustado su funcionamiento f_il de montar y conectar los mandos funcionan bien ala distancia de 30 metros sin interferencias, no me a gustado que me digan que las cremalleras son de tefl_ y las que traen son de hierro eso es mentirle a los clientes
