This machine is very well made (with one major exception), operates as advertised, is great value for money ... but aftersales service wasn't quite as expected. Major issue is with the length of the power cord to the safety cut-out about 1.2m - which means its sits right in the water unless you have a friend to hold it out of the way - this should have been at least 2 or 3 metres longer. They actually sent me the wrong size valve for the water connection - no problem, it happens, but then said that finding an adapter was my problem when I reported it. Not easy, had to cut a new thread in the receiver myself eventually. Other than that, this is a great machine.

Overall the diamond core drill is good value for money. The drill has plenty of power at over 2000 watts and so far it's build quality is fairly good. This model takes 1"1/4 thread core bits but came with no spanner to hold the spindle when changing bits. The aluminium shoulder butt on the drill was broken before been packed as there was no damage on the plastic carry case but this heavy impact did not effect the drills performance.

Would highly recommend this core drill. Needed to core 5 holes to install fence posts in a retaining wall. This drill made light work of it. I attempted to core the holes with a core cutter and normal drill was virtually impossible as I needed to core around a foot down. With this I had the 5 holes cored along with the fence posts concreted in around 2.5hrs. Main thing id say would make sure you feed it with water, Don't make the mistake I made on the first hole drilling without water (it may get stuck) All in all a great buy and saved me alot of time and effort. To rent one was going to cost me £120 so made sense to buy this as will need it again for other work very soon.

Arrived with package damaged and water inlet tap snapped off. Was an easy fix though and very happy over all.

Wichtig beim Benutzen, ist die Befestigung! Bei meiner ersten Bohrung habe ich die mitgelieferten Schrauben benutzt und das taugt nicht. Beim Bohren hat sich die Halterung aus dem Boden gedrückt und da reichen schon ein paar Millimeter. Der Bohrer verkantet dadurch irgendwann und kann blockieren. Ich habe längere Schrauben genommen und in der Mitte der Halterung eine Gewindestange. Die Gewindestange habe ich komplett durch die Betondecke geführt und dann hat sich bei den weiteren Löchern nichts mehr bewegt. Für die Wasserzufuhr habe ich einen Pumpsprüher angeschlossen, funktioniert ganz gut. Alternativ könnte man auch einen Eimer Wasser an einen höheren Punkt stellen und es fließen lassen.Ansonsten gilt, Maschine schön langsam mit sanften Druck führen. Bislang hat sie vier 140mm Löcher in Beton überlebt und scheint noch einige Löcher machen zu wollen. Für das Geld sicher eine alternative für den Heimwerker zu einem guten Leihgerät.

Habe die Maschinen gekauft um in der Garage 2 100er Bohrungen zu machen . 12 cm Beton war kein Problem.
