    Dropped the plastic thumbscrew, a 50c part but they cannot give a spare so the product is useless without a 50c spare part. Should not sell products without spare parts. Got a refund and good service but just ridiculous situation

    Ive only had it installed for two days, but so far im very happy. Its pumping from a storage tank into my house, and the pressure, flow rate, etc is exactly as advertised. ITs a little noisy when it starts, but quiets down after a few minutes. The first one i ordered had some problems, but the company was excellent, and after discussions they replaced it. without stress. Fantastic.
