Excellent for the price
At this price, you can't beat it. The digital voltage display is nice, and accuracy is ok for an A/C RMS value (~ +/- 10%), but you may need to connect a more accurate voltmeter. (But since the A/C is normally converted to D/C, the regulator does not care about the 10%.)

Good value for the price. Corresponds positively to my expectations. This device is intended for electronic & electric repair shop -like purposes and needs at least basic knowledge and experience with working on hazardous levels of voltage supplied by common household sockets to prevent electric shock and how to connect wiring to this device, which by design has to create risks not present with consumers-oriented electric devices. Using leakage current sensor switch, either one integrated with building electrical system or an external one and/or an isolation transformer is recommended for working with this device.
