This bar was purchased for myself as I have shoulder injuries that prevent use of a traditional straight bar for squatting, I'm 5ft 5in and medium to large frame but unfortunately the width of the arms on the bar makes it sit on the top of my arms. I have to put my elbows out at the side to try and stop it running down my arms. I've only been able to manage 15kg each side and be able to perform a deep squat or it slides down and I can't keep it on, I'm trying to get a smaller neck pad to see if it will help the stability but it's a shame as the bar is really well made

Mellanrummet kommer vara för stort för 75% av alla normal bygga människor. som tur är kommer den i 2 delar så kapade bort 1dm från vardera sida och använde 1 av dom 2 skruvarna med lite locktight så blev den perfekt . Men var beredd att gå lös på den med rondellen om du väger under 100kg .

Die Squat Bar kommt in zwei Teilen, die mit einer Hülse und vier Schrauben, zusammen gebaut werden muss, der Innensechskantschlüssel dafür ist mit im Lieferumfang enthalten.Die Squat Bar ist mit 21,7 kg sehr stabil und gut verarbeitet.

Hallo, da ich die squart bar jetzt schon 2 Wochen intensiv nutze kann ich auch was schreiben. Was man hier sagen muss , das Teil ist zweiteilig und in der Mitte über eine Muffe verbunden. Erst hatte ich große Zweifel an der Stabilität oder Verwindung wenn ich 120 drauf packe. Aber alles hält Bombenfest. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für den Abstand der Schulterpolster. Den diese liegen fast auf dem Oberarm auf. Bei Frauen erst recht. Meine Frau kann Sie daher nicht nutzen. 5 cm weiter zusammen wäre gut. Rest ist tiptop verarbeitet

Für das Geld Empfehlenswert
Zunächst einmal ist die Stange super verarbeitet und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Ich habe beim Kauf erst etwas gezögert, da man die Stange ja zusammen bauen muss und das kein Vertrauen zur Stabilität etwas geschmälert hat. Jedoch muss ich sagen , die Stange ist stabil, es wackelt nichts und ich habe keine Bedenken das die Stange weniger als 300 kg aushält. Was anfangs scheußlich stört, ist die Weite der Auflage/Griffe. Wenn man aber ein paar mal damit Squatet, fällt das gar nicht mehr auf. Dadurch das das Polster auf der forderen Schulter aufliegt, zieht es diese sogar gerade. Also eher positiv für Leute mit Schulterprobs.
