Pretty good mini lathe with plenty of accessories
Works just fine. Came with a faulty controller board, the seller sent a replacement right away.To someone who has worked as a turner in a former life (some 35+ years ago) on a C10 (a large lathe)this one feels surprisingly steady for its size.Does not have the gear to switch speeds as the manual which comes with it claims, it has just a beltdriving directly the spindle. The motor is powerful enough though and the controller does OK regulatingat low speeds, too so I am fine with that. The fixed steady is not exactly for this lathe, its center is far from the lathe center. Still usableat up to say 15mm diameter I think (I wanted to use it with 35mm, no chance). Did not try/check thetraveling steady. After a few days of use I can say overall it is quite useful - if you know your way around lathesand their usual imperfections.

Good lathe for what it is,
Having worked for years on large expensive lathes It is no where near a 20k colchester but for the money is more than usable in the garage, Ideal for spacers small jobs, Auto feed only transversely have not got a good finish with that yet but have not tried changing gears, Tools are good Did not get a parting off tool that would be good, everything on it is loose and not adjusted from factory, also copied slide id not able to swivel.

A good lathe for the do-it-yourselfer
It is a good functional lathe that has pleasantly surprised me in terms of performance. For all the projects as a do-it-yourselfer, it does a good job. The delivery & packaging was o.k. and without complaint!

Hobby lathe
For the price, the machine with the wide range of accessories is okay.

Because of the weight. Come 2 packages.
Would buy the lathe again immediately. It's a pity with the 4 jaw chuck. You can't adjust each cheek individually.
