After using a lesser quality machine, this one is the business, we sliced a Boneless Pork Loin, look at sliced meat it produced.Then we boiled a Ham joint as per photo, wafer sliced Ham & regular Sliced Ham, very pleased with machine.Instructions were not very good, but I managed to clean down the machine, removed the blade and replaced it after cleaningand all went back together just fine.

I normally don't provide any reviews but I have been so impressed with this product that I can't recommend it enough. Even the seller paid the custom duty of £61. Also got the UK plug with it.I am so happy with the product and its a very good quality and have been using it nearly everyday.I contacted them to provide me with the video or the information how to sharpen the blade and got the video next day.I hope this is useful to anyone who needs a good quality meet slicer.

Love the clean cuts of meats. No good for soft cheeses.

Had a bigger industrial slicer. This is a great size and slices just as good. Had to sharpen the blade first, which is easy to do once you figure it out, directions don’t help much. Sharpen with the stone BEHIND the blade, you may have to adjust the sharpener by lifting it before you tighten it. Use front stone, for a few seconds, to remove burs. Cleaning the entire unit, including removing the blade, takes about 15 minutes from start to finish.Update: Mostly use for slicing jerky. I do not partially freeze it and this machine cuts through nicely. Slicing items a little thicker is easy to do. Slicing paper thin is a task many slicers cannot handle. I was so pleasantly surprised that this slicer did such a wonderful job that I had to post a picture of the ham slices.

I went back and forth for two years on buying a slicer. This was and is the one.Love it

Awesome! i love this slicer..it comes with extra drive belt and sharpening stones. very silent motor. i have cut lunch meat,cheese and veggies so far. it cuts paper thin to 1/2" i grilled tri tip the other day put in fridge over night cut on 2.5 setting and made perfect philly cheese steak! the only issue is it only cuts to half inch but i can work around that. Thanks for having a slicer that wont break the bank!!!

Nice slicer I have only used a deli slicer so I expected to be disappointed with this smaller version..I was not! It works as well as the industrial size!
