After years of struggling with our Kitchen Aid sausage mincer/stuffer using this machine was a breeze. There's no getting away from the fact that this is a big piece of kit (5ltr size) but as we normally do batches of 10kg +, it's not a problem and we have plenty of space for storage. The quality of the machine is good, all stainless steel, well designed and comes apart for easy cleaning. The turn handle sprocket is too lose for my liking but works none the less, also there is a problem with the push shaft falling quickly into the chamber if the pusher plate is not attached to it, bit of a shock the first time it happened! The machine needs to be clamped to the work surface, when clamped its very easy to use. The sausage meat needs to be pushed in tightly to avoid air pockets, a small amount of vegetable oil wiped around the plunger seal helps the plunger slide, its a very tight fit which is great, no leakage. Washing is very easy, all comes apart, the pusher plate unscrews from the pusher bar, a bit fiddly to re-attach but if you remember to keep the handle attached to the socket the pusher bar will stay in the up position. The range of stuffing tubes is great, again stainless steel and easy to clean with the bottle brush included with the package. Overall a great machine for a home that loves sausages, not perfect but good enough for large batches and easy to use single handed.

Had this a while now it has been sitting in it box since new , would need the hulk to get this to turn and stuff sausages ,done everything by the book and it is no good ,even added a lot of oil to try and get it to work. I bolted to table top and still no good even with three people helping . Got a butcher friend of mine to have a look and he just started laughing when he tried it out and he told me to bin it, he also said VEVOR is a great name to buy from but this is the worst he has seen, he has tried the same model before and never had a problem like this. Stay away.

Only downside is that isn't fixable to the worktop.

Easy to use! Wonderful results! The most practical way to make sausages without air. A little huge for amateur home activities, but it really can accomodate 7lt

In general, a pretty solid and sturdy machine seems, comparing it to other fillers I've had. The only thing that worries me is the lengthwise welding of the cylinder. There are pimples/protrusions/ from the weld in two places and I have concerns that stuffing will come out of there. But I will give another review when I try it out. there are sharp edges but nothing fatal, still not for children.
