We found the sturdiness, weight and relief of not having to bump ourselves into the driveway to be a real treat! The builder in our subdivision began by creating proper curb cuts for driveways, but then "cheapened out" as the construction project was drawing to a close, leaving our entire street with these bothersome driveways. Besides our home, our vehicles are our most costly purchases, so we wanted to save wear and tear on them as best we could. The weight of these makes it unnecessary to attach them in our area, and we will remove them for the infrequent snowplow passes in the winter. Perfect curb ramp. There is no way to stitch the three pieces together but they are really heavy so they do not seem to be moving apart much. I'll see with time. They are not as fancy as the bridj'its because they do not have tapered end pieces. But with the hello stripes, they look even nicer.
