I have the mk2 donut robot so my robot is not the exact same as this one, however it is the only one I could find that is the same style and uses the same features and mechanisms.I use it machine for the kitchens at my businessI am pretty much only reviewing to combat the 1 star review posted before me. This machine is not the greatest machine but it doesnt deserve 1 star.There is a ton of numbers you can call that are directly stamped where the NSF symbols are.Mk2 always sends out a service tech If they're in your area otherwise you will have to do repairs and assembly yourself.Repairing this machine is pretty straight forward imo, but assembly was a pain in the butt.The arm that the hopper rests on will malfunction every once in awhile. I can usually hear when it is about to mess up because the machine sounds like it is struggling.I love the machine and I'd buy it again. Supergood machine for small cafes or bakery.
